IFSC (Indian Financial System Code) is an 11-digit alphanumeric code which distinctly identifies a bank’s branch participating in the transfer of money.
It enables the transfer of money using RTGS, NEFT, and IMPS. The first 4 digits of the IFSC signify the bank name and the last 6 digits point to the branch.
